Arlington Tx- Raymond P. Dell Jr., 60, formerly of Ohio, passed away Saturday morning, September 12, 2020.
Ray was born May 25, 1960, in Youngstown, a son of the late Raymond P Dell & Julie J Murk Dell.
Ray was a graduate of The University of Akron and received his advanced degree from Youngstown State University.
A devoted Husband, Ray's wife Julie E. Alwood passed in 2013 but he continued her legacy by running her cosmetics business for the past 7 years. Ray was a favorite at many local trade shows & was known for his generous attitude towards all. Ray was an avid cat lover & at the peak he and his wife had adopted 19 cats. After Julies passing Ray continued to help care for his mother-in-law Elfriede Zasidatel until her passing in 2016.
Ray leaves behind his twin sister Kathleen of Canfield, OH. Visits and calls by his many friends were a source of comfort and happiness as Ray battled his illness this past year.
Ray will be truly and sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Due to the current virus pandemic, private services will not be held. Ray will be laid to rest next to his wife in Greenwood Cemetery in Ft Worth TX. Donations in his name can be made to The Dallas Humane Society.
