Thomas Keith Cook Obituary

Thomas Keith Cook was born on January 16, 1973 in Garland, Texas to Lloyd Edward Cook and Donna Ammerman Cook. Thomas passed away on Saturday October 2, 2021.

Tom is survived by his Mom, Donna Cook and his Dad, Ed Cook, his brother Matt Cook and his girlfriend Nicki Adam, his Grandma Carol Ammerman, his daughter Kristina Cook, and Jane Adam, the woman he was in love with. Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents Lloyd Thomas Cook and Sarah Jane Cook, and Donald Keith Ammerman.

Tom was a contractor for D. R. Horton. Tom had a large, loving family. His sense of humor and presence will truly be missed.

There will be a memorial on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Lavon.
