James Everett Wilkins, Jr. was born November 22, 1952. Beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and husband, passed peacefully in his home on October 11, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Jim was a hard working man who served his country in the United States Army and dedicated 50 years of employment to Dallas Plumbing Co. Jim played hard, said exactly what was on his mind and meant every word of it.
Jim is preceded in death by his grandparents Ike and Omah Nelson, Gordon and Jane Wilkins; father James Everett Wilkins, Sr.; his best friends Lee Focht and Mark Owens; and his 4-legged buddy Gunner.
He leaves behind his wife Catherine S. Bundy, his mother Diane Nelson Wilkins, brother Gerald R. Wilkins, sisters Darla L. Wilkins and Danell Wilkins Kelley; children Laurie A. Faubert, James E. Wilkins, Mark A. Fish, Matthew C. Fish, Lindsay M. Keith; grandchildren Savannah C. Wayman, Maria D. Wayman, Jessica M. Faubert, Aurora A. Faubert, Ethan J. Faubert, Logan B. Faubert, Phoebe A. Contestabile, Casey R. Rish, Brady A. Fish, Stetson R. Keith, Daxton A. Keith, Lexington M. Keith; and great-grandchildren Loretta L. Wayman, Odin B. J. Dexter; his beloved pets Sophie, Trixie, Bigfoot, Squeaky, and many other family and friends.
